Lost Cities

A significant influence in my creative process is travel. Ancient sites, early civilizations and places of spiritual power have always interested me. My photo travel journal holds these visual memories for further reflection. Through travel, I can see and experience different ways of being and creating. Another layer of life is uncovered and these discoveries and connections embed themselves into the surfaces of my paintings. "Lost Cities" continues to be an on-going theme in my work.
